COLLECTORS CATALOGUES
CREATE YOUR OWN MUSEUM

A cataloguing app for antique bottle collectors

Every dug bottle is two finds: the glass, and the spot. This app records the first and protects the second.

Collectors Catalogues is free on Android, works in the browser, and carries no advertising and no marketplace. Get the app → · About it

Dig sites stay secret

Pin the privy, the dump, the riverbank — exactly, for yourself alone. Other collectors see only a blurred region. Photographs are scrubbed of hidden location data on the server, so posting a picture of the find never quietly posts the site with it.

Glass rewards close description

Embossing transcribed, colour named honestly, lip and base described, bubbles and whittle noted — and a date range with a confidence level rather than a wish. The guides cover reading glass: pontil scars, mould seams, applied lips, and how old glass differs from merely old-looking glass.

From the hole to the shelf

Every bottle gets photographs, measurements and a permanent number in your own register. Build a museum of the best, share it or keep it private, and ask the identification board about the embossing nobody local recognises. No prices, no marketplace, ever.
